These short courses provide an ideal opportunity to take a break from the hectic pace of life and learn about meditation and Buddhism in the peaceful setting of Tilopa Kadampa Buddhist Centre. Courses include guided meditations, teachings, time for discussion and light refreshments. Everyone welcome.
Mindfulness

It often feels as if our meditations and our daily life are pulling in different directions. In meditation we try to concentrate but we can’t stop thinking about our other activities. The good feelings we do manage to develop are then quickly dissipated in the busyness of daily life. Mindfulness means stopping distractions. Learn how to improve your mindfulness and thus enjoy your meditations and stay focused in your daily life.
