Buddhist Psychology for Happiness

This series offers us deep insight into our mind, and shows how an understanding of its nature and functions can be used practically in everyday experience to improve our lives.

Join us to develop a light and positive mind learning how to recognize and abandon states of mind that harm us, and to replace them with peaceful and beneficial ones.

About the Resident Teacher

Gen Kelsang Sanden is a Canadian Buddhist monk, and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Vancouver. He has been a long time student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, the founder of the New Kadampa Tradition. He is well loved for his compassion, sense of humour and the clarity of his teachings.
