When things go wrong for us in life--which they inevitably do--we often respond negatively, blaming the situation or people involved. Ouch! This can feel like a double dose of harm and suffering--not only have things gone wrong, but now we are unhappy, too! Sadly, we also often feel that a negative response to adversity is logical and our only option.

But there are other ways to respond to the adversities that arise in our lives--to stay strong and happy when things go wrong. Buddhist wisdom helps us understand why things go wrong and how we can transform what we perceive as adversity into opportunities for growth, compassion, and love. Come along to this practical, wise, and helpful series of classes to learn more.
