The Buddhist way of loving kindness

Thursday Evenings 7:00 – 8:15pm

Our summer classes this year will focus on meditations on loving kindness. If there was ever a good time to train in loving kindness, that time is now! Love is part of our mind, and like any state of mind it can be strengthened through training.

Love is an essential building block of world peace, so each person who trains in this good heart is contributing to world peace. In these challenging times there can be nothing more meaningful and beneficial than training in loving kindness.

The classes are based on The New Meditation Handbook by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

These classes are for everyone. They include two guided meditations, a practical talk on a different topic each week, and time for Q&A at the end.

Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required.
