Don’t Look Back in Anger
The world is being consumed by anger these days, and it seems there is no end to anger-provoking situations. If we have no control over our mind, the smallest thing can fill our mind with anger.
In this course, Gen Sanden will explain the Buddhist approach to understanding and dealing with anger. An ‘inner enemy’, it causes physical and emotional hurt and destroys everything that is good in our life. It never solves problems. In fact, responding to difficulties with non-acceptance and anger only makes matters worse.
Buddha taught many powerful meditations to let go of anger even in the most provoking situations. Learn some of these time honoured techniques for freeing ourselves from this exhausting, destructive emotion.
