Inspiring solutions for difficult times

These meditations show us how to take life’s adversities and transform them into spiritual growth. This ability is vital since we are constantly surrounded by difficulties, like a candle flame exposed to the wind, blown first from this direction, then from that. There is no way of avoiding difficult situations, but if we can change our attitude towards them they will no longer be problems for us.

Instead of allowing adversities to make us unhappy and discouraged we can use them to enhance our experience of the spiritual path and stay strong whatever life throws at us.

These meditation classes are for everyone. They include two guided meditations, a practical talk on a different topic each week, and time for Q&A at the end.

Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required.
