Inspiring solutions for difficult times
Stress, anxiety and depression can be overwhelming, creating so many problems for us and those around us. But we can learn how to get out from under the overwhelm. Stress, anxiety, and depression all involve the mind, and Buddhist wisdom offers great insight into the mind, teaching us how to gradually disrupt these painful states that can seem so stubborn and fixed.
The meditations in these classes will help us to let go and move forward, enjoy real freedom from these obstacles to our happiness, and accomplish our deepest wish for inner and outer peace.
These meditation classes are for everyone. They include two guided meditations, a practical talk on a different topic each week, and time for Q&A at the end.
Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required.

The classes are held in the spacious and comfortable Welsh Hall on the lower floor of West Van library
