Everyone is welcome to this event with special guest Teacher, Gen Khacho, Resident Teacher of Akshobya Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Calgary.

Anger, irritation and frustration are powerful emotions that destroy our inner peace and wellness. However, the good news is, we can discover the cause of our anger and learn how to prevent it. 

By gradually applying this advice in daily life and in meditation our wisdom will increase. We’ll develop a more constructive response to life's challenges and find we can move forward with inner resilience and calm.

The Teacher

Gen Kelsang Khacho, the Resident Teacher of Akshobya Kadampa Buddhist Centre. She is a Canadian Buddhist nun who has been a devoted student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for many years. She is well known for her loving and compassionate nature, as well as her practical presentation of Buddha’s teachings. An inspiring example, Gen Khacho has dedicated her life to helping everybody discover Buddha’s wisdom and find real, lasting happiness.
