Lessons in Love
Learn practical meditations that give us hope in these troubled times and effective solutions to the challenges of our daily life. Through guided meditations connect to the love in your heart, which is the key to solving our own and others’ problems and finding real happiness.
When we have a strong loving mind, our whole experience of the world improves. In addition, others sense our love and respond to it. In this way, love has the power to transform our world.
These meditation classes are for everyone. They include two guided meditations, a practical talk on a different topic each week, and time for Q&A at the end.
Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required.
