Lessons in Love
Everybody knows they want to love and be loved but what actually is love? According to Buddha it's a special experience within ourselves that we all have.
Learning to connect to the love in our heart deeply enriches our lives, improves our relationships and gives us insight into our potential for real happiness. When we have a strong loving mind, our whole experience of the world improves. In addition, others sense our love and respond to it. In this way, love has the power to transform our world.
Let’s gain experience of this extraordinary good heart of love. These invaluable and practical meditations will give us hope in these troubled times and effective solutions to the challenges of our daily life
These meditation classes are for everyone. They include two guided meditations, a practical talk on a different topic each week, and time for Q&A at the end.
Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required.

The classes are held in the spacious and comfortable Welsh Hall on the lower floor of West Van library
