Happiness Matters
Happiness is important. It’s important for our physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing. But what is the secret to happiness? How can we find the peace, contentment and mental equilibrium that contribute to our daily happiness?
Everyone has the potential for deep and lasting happiness, and here is our chance to create it.
In this course we will explore through meditation and mindfulness 5 simple attitudes that will bring us the happiness that we are all, in our heart of hearts, seeking.
These meditation classes are for everyone. They include two guided meditations, a practical talk on a different topic each week, and time for Q&A at the end.
Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required.
