How to create a life of happiness and meaning
~a retreat on Lamrim

Retreat offers an opportunity to take a real break mentally from the stresses of daily life. We can gently change our negative thought patterns in the encouraging environment of Kadampa Meditation Centre Vancouver, a space dedicated to helping everyone find real refuge from the storms of life. The meditations offered in this retreat help us to develop this refuge.

By contemplating and meditating on transformative Lamrim meditations, we can set a fresh course for the New Year—one filled with confidence, purpose, and inner peace. Lamrim, or ‘stages of the path to enlightenment’, is a timeless set of meditations that guide us to make every moment of our life deeply meaningful.
