Transforming conflict with meditation
Join us for a weekly series of classes exploring how to transform conflict through meditation, guided by the practical wisdom of Kadampa Buddhist teachings. Each week you will learn methods to shift challenging situations into opportunities for growth.
Gain confidence to respond to conflict with wisdom and compassion, creating harmony both within yourself and in your relationships.
These meditation classes are for everyone. They include two guided meditations, a practical talk on a different topic each week, and time for Q&A at the end.
Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required.
The Venue
The classes are held in the spacious and comfortable Welsh Hall on the lower floor of West Van library
